Do you offer onsite support if needed?

Yes, while all plans focus on remote-first support to keep things efficient, onsite support is available as an optional add-on, charged separately when required.

Is there a minimum commitment or long-term contract required?

No. All our support plans are flexible, billed monthly, and come with no lock-in contracts. All we ask for is a minimum 2 months commitment upfront then you're free to scale up, down, or cancel at any time with zero hassle.
